the family members. Many of these photographs have been obtained from the Catawba photograph
collection of Judy Canty Martin, descendant of John Alonzo Canty and Georgia Henrietta Patterson
Canty, both known Catawba Indians born on the Catawba Nation. Photographs were also received
from David Garce, son of Elbert Garcia/Garce, for the Patterson/Garcia Family Photo Page, and
